The 4A’s mission is to improve and strengthen the advertising agency business in the United States by counseling members on operations and management, by providing the collective experience of the many to each, by fostering professional development, by encouraging the highest creative and business standards, and by attracting excellent people to the business.
Through the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), students work at real advertising agencies, take on real job responsibilities, and learn from real-world business situations and industry professionals.

The One Club’s outreach Programs promote the creativity among minority schools and developing countries, and encourage diversity and participation in the industry.
The AAF Mosaic Center on Multiculturalism implements all AAF multicultural and diversity initiatives and is the only national ad industry resource of its kind. The Center was formed to expand AAF’s well-established leadership capabilities on multicultural marketing/advertising and diversity issues.
The Advertising Educational Foundation is the advertising industry’s provider and distributor of educational content to enrich the understanding of advertising and its role in culture, society and the economy.
TORCH is dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved New York City public high school students by providing intensive exposure to career training and opportunities in communications and the arts, all while facilitating a meaningful way of increasing the diversity of the workforce in those industries.

The Marcus Graham Project is a national network of diverse professionals that have purposed themselves in developing the next generation of thought leadership within the advertising, media and marketing industry.
The Twelethon was created by the New Agency to harness the power of social media for social good. Specifically, it is a way for Social Media Week- Los Angeles to have a meaningful and long lasting impact. The twelethon site was created not only as a site for creative expression but as a means to raise money for Inner-City Arts – a non-profit located in the heart of Los Angeles’ skid row that provides at-risk children a safe place to express themselves providing no cost art, theatre and music classes.
